Parking Eye solicitors letter

Options
Just received my fifth letter from parking eye from a solicitor demanding payment of £206.25. Ive tried to stay strong but they are threatening my credit and say they can take my car as I am a car owner. Do I carry on ignoring these bullies or do I give in before I lose out . Please advise? Anyone been in the same position? Help!

It is as fake as the Parking Ticket they gave you.
They would just get on with it if they had a case.
Dont worry, the end is in sight..

The only way it will affect your credit is
1 - Parking Eye takes you to court
    2- They win
3 - You refuse to pay what the judge orders within 28 days
4 -Parking Eye submit for a CCJ and bailiffs to seize your assets to pay off the debt

1 is very very unlikely, 2 is also very unlikely, Blackburn has a bigger chance of winning the premiership this season than Parking Eye successfully taking you to court. If they thought they had a winable case they would have taken you to court by now,.

Never seen a letter from Parking Eye's letter-chain where they reckon they can take your car. Letter chains from Parking Eye and other PPCs are shown in the top thread 'PPC letters/threats'. When you consulted the sticky threads before posting, did you find your letter?

EDIT, easily found it on the top thread, it's this one:

    http://www.flickr.com/photos/7738334@N07/6116947742/

So why the panic when you can see it's just part of the chain and get a preview of what will come next (a pointless Final Warning and then maybe Roxburghe letters again)? I presume you looked at the stickies before posting, inlcuding the top thread and you watched the Watchdog video on 'welcome, please read before posting'? If not you missed the info you needed.

Please read sticky threads on a forum first. It's what they are there for at the top of any forum and would help to answer most questions. And when looking at the letter chains don't just look at Parking Eye's listing. All the Graham White letters are there, staring you in the face but listed under other PPCs.

Thousands of people have been in your position. Hundreds have posted about it on here, that's how we have the info on our sticky threads for newbies to read.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Stupid statement anyway how do they prove ownership of a motor vehicle and prove it to a court.

Seeing as its probably Graham White the chances of seeing court are in the same league as finding Shergar grazing in your back garden!
