hi i wonder if anyone can direct me to anywhere that gives advice on divorce in Scotland? my friend has decided to divorce after 23 years, she doesnt know how to go about getting legal aid ( or even if she is entitled to it) or what she needs to do at all tbh
she is married with three kids ( 2 of which are grown up) has a mortgage but not sure of anything else ... not sure if these things make a difference to the situation or not
could anyone offer advice please ?
