Hi,
I ordered a cordless drill online and in the description it said it supplied with drill, charger and 2 batteries.
When it arrived it only came as a drill and charger. I think it was mis-priced and should not of came with the batteries.
Can i demand the batteries as they were included in the description of the drill? Or have i no choice but to send it back?
Thanks John..

You are only required to be put back in the position you were before you purchased the item - therefore a refund is the appropriate way to do so. You cannot insist they supply you with additional items.
The seller of the item should also pay he return postal charges as the description was incorrect.0 -
What kind of batteries does it take?0

The batteries are £160+ vat each if you buy them separately
