UKCPS Parking Fine

I recently recieved a parking fine from UKCPS in the post saying i have 10 days to pay £100 but this was the first i had heard about it apparently they put a ticket on my car and this was on the 11/12/11 but the first i heard about it was on the 27/12/11 where do i stand. It was issued when i was at chatham dockside shopping where it is free parking for 4 hours apparently "i was observed leaving the site". The reasoning behind this was that i was meeting a friend and went to meet him 2 minutes away and then went back to the dockside and actually shopped there and they have the cheek to fine me !!!!

It's a free car-park, the landowner has lost nothing from you "walking off site".

I can't remember where it is, but there was a retail park with no cash-machine on it, the closest cash-point was just over the road so the scammers raised a few invoices for people "leaving" site (to get cash out to spend in the shops).

Ignore UKCPS and ignore that retail area which is silly enough to want to harass paying customers
