Unfair Dismissal on Racist Grounds?

hubby has just signed a CA. Company sent him home in early Dec, and sent him agreement next day, also agreed to pay £250 legal fees for the agreement etc.
She needs to urgently use the cover to go to the lawyer and seek advice, for this he had a one hour discussion plus telephone call including her getting the background etc. She didn't actually negotiate more for him, he had to do that himself (or pay her more) but what it did do is give him the strategy of how to do that. He got everything he asked for including an additional £3K (He was offered a lot more than your friend to start with though, £25K initially plus all the usual aspects i.e. reference, etc.
Personally I wouldnt mess about with CAB at this stage, there is no point.0
