Hiya, does anybody know which kitchens you can get at a trade price in B&Q? My Builder said he has a trade card that i can use to get a discount, but i need to check which are offered at trade prices. Thanx

The IT kitchen range - although wait until a 'sale' and you'll get the same prices.
I think C&L are also included, but not sure - haven't bought one for ages...

I think it's something like a 15% discount but if if it's on sale in the main shop then they will price match - ie. if there's a sale on at the moment, it will not be any cheaper. And, if the kitchens are full price, 15% off is a terrible price. If you go into the Tradepoint, they have a specific kitchen pricelist lying around.
We've got an account and it's pointless if you're an MSEr because you'll be looking for a sale anyway as B&Q are constantly rotating their sales. H can save on stuff like screws but when I'm buying bigger items, there's generally no discount at all! Even in the catalogue, they just have the same prices without the VAT but then charge it at the till.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Looked at new kitchens from B&Q, Wickes and Tesco, Tesco came out at £10,000, B&Q £5500 and Wickes £6250. Chose Wickes as far superior units (18mm) with solid backs, also superior brands of cooker/hob and dishwasher.0

We had a Howden (MFI) kitchen in our previous house, good kitchen and value for the money.0 -

If you're a registered fitter like myself you get an extra 20% on top of store discounts, which I pass to customers. If you're not a registered fitter then people shouldn't be fitting kitchens. As most people don't realise building regs apply to kitchens too, since its the most common place for fires to start. Tradepoint will pricematch any other store and even online prices. I can't find any other store to beat b&q for trade kitchens.0 -
I cant find anyone else but a B&Q staffer who would bring an ancient thread back to life just to plug discounts......:spam:0

A pure example of someone jumping on a bandwagon and failing.
The rep who gave us the quote was ex Moben, still working to their prices by the look of it.
We found the B&Q superior range (Cooke & Lewis) was far more expensive than Wickes superior range with both Wickes and B&Q cheaper ranges not up to the standard we were looking for as neither had the 18mm carcasses.0
