Hi,
I have a bit of a problem at work at present.
7 Lines are under contract with BT but we are aware that these come under another company name and we are now stuck into contracts that run until 2016!
We have only been made aware of this today trying to start cancelling lines and transferring them over to TalkTalk Business as with all the rest of our sites/lines
Our correct company should be Community Homes of Intensive Care and Education Ltd (C.H.O.I.C.E. Ltd), PO Box 2101, Pingewood, Reading, RG30 3ZR and the contracts/lines are somehow under Choice Ltd, PO BOX 2892, ROMFORD, RM7 1LR
If anyone can help on this matter, I would be very grateful.

Sounds like you need to explain the situation to BT and see what they say.0

You can change the billing address and name, but if you have agreed a 5(?) year business contract then that won't get you out of it without paying a substantial ETC.No free lunch, and no free laptop

Problem is it wasn't us that agreed this contract....
We have cancelled the lines and are to incur the ETCs but hopefully recoup them from BT (No mean feat)0
