Lloyds Bank - Court Claim - Can you help me?

I am claiming from Lloyds bank and have paid £30.00 to the court so far as they seem to be digging in their heels.

Has anyone been through this with Lloyds yet that may be able to point me in the right direction when completing this form as Lloyds have filed their defence. I have been advised Lloyds is one of the worst.

Did you obtain an experts report and take the said expert with you?

Any help would be greatly appreciated and I need to file it by 24th Feb...:eek:

Hi There,
We seem to be doing the same thing at the same time, I too am filing with Loyds and recieved there defence yesterday I have just filled out and sent of the allocation questionnaire Which also had to be submitted by the 24th Feb. it seemed pretty straight forward and there was a link I found on here that pretty much gave me the answers word for word on it.
Scary that you heard Loyds to be the worst I hope not.
Keep me updated on how you get on and likewise seeing as its the same time and bank might be useful.

Yes Lloyds seem to like making it difficult, they wait for people to put in a claim before they react. There is a merged Lloyds TSB thread here, it's probably useful if you read up on other people's experiences:

We have to take up Lloyds sometime soon, and I really don't fancy it...
