you should receive your redundancy in your last pay packet. Our hospital were giving voluntary redundancy, you had to apply by the end of october and finish by end of December, the payment made end of January.
All the big powers they've silenced me. So much for free speech and choice on this fundamental human right, and outing the liars.

You missed the bit about Administration, the OP will have to obtain the monies from the National Insurance Fund via the Redundancy Payments Directorate of The Insolvency Service.

OP, you need to speak to the Administrators and make sure they send you form RP1. Complete that and reurn it to the Administrators and you should get the monies due, subject to the various statutory limits, in 4 to 6 weeks time.

At the moment I am layed of, its not official until a meeting next week, Does that mean at the moment I should still be getting paid and also be able to claim this on the RP1 form?

It takes a good number of weeks (6-8) your employer might 'refuse' to pay you for the last few weeks (like what happened to me in the summer just there) but you will be able to claim it all back on all the forms you'll get -they may take a while to reach you - a week or two (which, when you are jobless and worrying feels like a very long time) depending on how co-operative your employer (ex) and the insolvency practice are. you will also after 9 - 10 weeks of leaving receive your pay in lieu owed.
