Green Insurance company - breakdown cover refund.

hello all,
I renewed my Breakdown cover with Green Insurance company. I was not happy for being charged an addittional £2.00 because I used a credit card. I contacted Green on the same day I received my policy and requested a full refund. I receiveda the refund today, minus £2.00
I have emailed the company again requesting the addittional £2.00
should I receive this £2.00 ????
