Egg & Capital One Credit Cards

Hi all,

Does anyone have any experience of claiming back from Egg or Capital one Credit cards.

I had a Capital one card and did not take out payment protection, but got a number of charges.

My wife had an Egg card but did have payment protection.

What process did you follow to claim back the funds and were you successful?
