how long for IS to swend letter to employer.

in IVA & DRO
DRO approved on 20th dec, appeared on IS website yet attachment of earnings still being taken from wages ( weekly pay) for debt included in DRO. DH queried this with wages dept and aspparently they have not received anything from the IS to stop it. How long should this normally take? So far this is 3 payments since DRO came into force

I told my employer the day the DRO was approved and told her that payments are not allowed to be made to the debt, but she also received a letter from the IS within a week of approval. Although it took a lot longer for the council to contact her!!

Still no letter according to the wages dept so money still being deducted. DH spoke to the DRO unit over this who promised to phone employers which didnt happen and wages dept say they cant do anything until they have it in black and white. Now £160 taken since DRO came into force0
