Cheap Tablet advice

Considering getting my soon to be 10 year old a tablet for his birthday for under £100. Just something he can browse the web and play apps on mainly. Have been researching on the web and wondered if any 'experts' out there had an opinion on either of these http://www.ebellking.com/android-tablet/novo7 OR http://www.box.co.uk/Tablo_7_Tablet_with_Capacitive_Multi-To_1156442.html. I won't be spending more than £100 and was hoping to find one about the £70 ish mark so any other suggestions would be welcomed. Thanks in advance
