Amazon Returns Policy?

I ordered a laser printer which is the wrong model (my error).
Is it possible to refuse delivery and get a return that way? Or do I need to accept delivery, and then process it through the standard returns and refunds procedure in my account?
Secondly, does Amazon's courier collect at home, or do I need to take it to the depot? The last time I did this (some years ago), they collected it from home, but the site now makes reference to 'taking it to your courier's designated collection point?
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

if you take it to their couriers depot you may get it free return delivery.
but they may charge you for the return delivery as you ordered by mistake.

you can also send it by other carriers.at your cost.

amazons service is pretty good compared to all the others.
    Get some gorm.

The distance selling regulations apply, although Amazon's terms may be more generous.

When I ordered an item over xmas, I changed my mind within minutes - but couldn't cancel as they were already prepping it to ship. I spoke to a customer service agent, who said refuse delivery and it'll just go back to them. He made no mention of any charges, though I didn't think to ask.
