Quick JSA not signing Question Please

Hello Everyone.

Just a Quick Question I would like to ask,.

I have pulled my back playing snooker yesterday quite painful so I wont be able to go get the train to sign on Friday.

Will I recieve any payments on the Wed as Usual? Im wondering how JSA works if your sanctioned or money stopped for not signing on....Do you still recieve the two weeks payment from weeks before?

cheers

It's likely you'll be sanctioned if you just don't turn up.

You need to call the JC ASAP and explain the situation. They may let you sign on over the phone or waive/rearrange your signing on date which would mean you'd still get your payments.

It's always best to contact the JC as soon as you know there's a problem rather than failing to turn up.
