What did they do to the site?

That is genuinely the worst redesign ever :T

I'm not getting sound now, anyone else?
  • OH tells me hers is the same (I'm still at the 'no bingo, no chat' stage personally)

It all seems very glitchy at the moment.
  • No, you don't need to say anything. If you've got a line or a full house your card will change colour, and your name will appear, highlighted pink, in the colume to the left og the cards.
You'll either earn extra points or extra stars, which can be seen above the game.
Keep your sound on and you'll know when you win because it shouts 'Woohoo'

    hth

With that in mind, can anyone please tell me then: Do I actually have to actively watch the bingo and click any numbers off when they come up etc? Or is it effectively more like a lottery? You just sit in the room and if you win you win?

Sorry if I seem lazy. I just have a couple of video sites on the go which I click away at and do my daily chasback clicks, surveys already. Still working more stuff out. So something fairly passive like this would be good I'm thinking. So long as I don't have to stare at numbers or be fast.

    Hmm...hope that made sense :p

DaveTG - you have to be logged in room and actively click the buy tickets for each game but its automatic wins. To be honest, it's not worth it. The time it takes to get the (x) amount of Gold Stars needed to claim a £10 voucher is just ridiculous

Has anyone on here managed to get a voucher without having to send their ID? They're still refusing to send my friend her voucher even though she's explained to them four times she has no ID (where's their Christmas spirit?!). They're like robots just endlessly repeating that they need her to send ID which she keeps saying she does not have. They've never asked me for ID. They say it's in their T&Cs but it just looks like they ask if they think you're cheating with fake accounts, no idea why they'd think my friend is cheating, just seems really mean :/ Does anyone perhaps have an email address for a specific person at Woohoo Bingo who might be able to help, rather than the general support email?

Thank you. I'm a bit put off by their apparent ID policy anyway, after reading more of the thread. I don't have anything to hide but I'm still not keen at the thought of having my passport or birth certificate scan on file somewhere.
  • Does anyone know if there is a body or something that sites like this can be reported to?

My friend sent in the only things that she can, screencaps of a couple of online bills. They said this would be ok, but now she's sent them they're demanding that she sends them copies of medical documents. They brought this up, not her (she doesn't even have 'medical documents'), and it seems extremely dodgy that they're specifically requesting them. I can't see any good reason why they need ID full stop - asking for medical documents can only be some kind of scam.

I would strongly advise everyone stop using them immediately until they can justify their actions!

We want to report them for this reason at least, but if there's any other way to help my friend get her voucher without having to give up sensitive personal information that would be good too.
