Will PAL VHS video tapes play in USA ??

Hi I want to sell a video that can fetch a really good price in America.
The markings on the case are PAL VHS does this mean that it will play in USA.

American standard is NTSC.

Although we have DVD and video players that play both formats, players that play both in America aren't as common.

If you were to sell it, I make it very clear that you're selling a PAL version.

If it is valuable you could consider having a NTSC copy made or copying it to DVD.

If it's a bought video or recorded off the tv then obviously this would not be legal.
