sage software

We are currently running sage line 50 v9 at work and our 3 pc's are networked, we are getting some error messages on 1 pc and it wont print the invoices- the other 2 are ok, someone has looked at it and we need to reinstall sage- problem the disc has become damaged and it wont read it does this mean we have to pay out another 800 quid for a new disc or is it possible to get round it another way- we still have the original disc with all the relevant activation codes etc

Comments

  • A replacement disc should only cost about £20 odd ask Sage directly and say that you will email photos of all the stuff you have.
