could someone be kind enough and five me the address to hsbc and halifax as I will be forwarding them a letter to reclaim bank charges under finacial hardship thanks.
also has anyone been succesfull in claiming back bank charges recently from them. thanks

Like all the banks, they consider hardship cases and that is pretty much the only time they refund now (other than goodwill cases - like first time errors by an account holder)also has anyone been succesfull in claiming back bank charges recently from them. thanks
I just checked and both banks have their complaints/customer relations address on their websites.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
