Old Amstrad PLC ordinary shares from 1987, what can I do with these?

I found an old share certificate for more than one hundred ordinary shares of five pence each in Amstrad PLC from 1987
I understand that the shares were later de-valued?
I also understand that Amstrad has subsequently been bought out.
Are these old shares of any value?
Can anybody point me in the right direction of how to redeem them?

I used to own shares in this, and this is a complicated one. Amstrad was split into Viglen and Betacom in 1997. In 2007 Sky bought out Betacom, and renamed it Amstrad. Viglan was doing well and Alan Sugar decided to buy the remaining shares he didn't own for a pittance and delisted the company. These are the last registrars i can find for Viglan, so contact them:
