Have searched via google for this error and come up with the following web site link that might help. Apparently this error has something to do with Nero.
http://www.file.net/process/nmindexstoresvr.exe.html
Hope this helpsIf i need it I can't afford it

shaunc196 wrote:Aye I found that also, but with Nero it wouldn't keep appearing, as nero isn't running? hense why i posted virus / spyware
Also found this as a possible solution, but following the Nero theme a bit further, what do you reckon????
"Disable "Nero Scout"
Restart XP
CTL-ALT-DEL (click on "processes" and insure no process with nm** is running)
Go to F:\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead\Lib and rename NMIndexStoreSvr.exe to NMIndexStoreSvr.bak (or any non used extension)
Nero should now function properly.
I found that Nero Vision Express seemed to run NMIndexStoreSvr.exe for some reason but it wasn't required as "nero scout" was disabled."

Yes that would work. What we need to establish is, is Nero Loading Automatically ( in your taskbar next to your clock ) or is the message just appearing for no reasonIf at first you don't succeed. Remove all evidence that you have tried
