have just got a digistat +3 to replace the 2 version mainly due to the 2 being a 7 day same settings where as the +3 can be set by each day
i've done the recommision 4-5 times and it won't connect to the receiver box on the boiler
any ideas would be most helpful

Maybe they're speaking different languages and you need a translator ;)

What batteries are you using in both devices?

Are there any other wireless devices nearby such as a cordless phone or Broadband router?

Do you see the red light flash for 7 seconds?

Which step do you reach in the commissioning procedure?

I meant what type of batteries - Alkaline, Zinc Chloride, rechargeable?

This one could run and run without you getting it working.

In the morning call 0845 130 7722 and talk it through with Tech Support. Alternatively if you don't like 0845 numbers call 01752 737166 (you'll get Ivensys - the parent) and ask to be put through to Drayton Tech Support.

they are just standard alkaline batteries , - red light didn't flash , was holding unit 2metres from receiver box
