Hi just wondering if any one can help bought a sofa from harveys in october 2010 on a credit card and took out insurance. In october 2011 placed a claim as rips had appeared on cushion. They sent out an insurance guy who said no problems with claim. I have today chased as nothing as happened to be told could be another 10 weeks. Told the guy i was not happy with it as would be over 4 months before anything would be done and not acceptable , i asked to speak to a supervisor and was told i couldnt.
Anyone who can tell me wat i else i can do to get it dealt with quicker ?
