Anyone heard of Tom Craven....They pay cash for homes....

I am about to go ahead with Tom Craven, who are one of many cash for homes buyers, but there is no feedback about them on the www. Has anybody dealt with them. Are they hassle free. They are obviously paying under market value for my property, but I just wanted reassurance before I sign on the dotted line tomorrow.
Thanks in advance :-)

There are loads of threads about these sort of companies. Im afraid if it's reassurance you're looking for, you won't get it on here.0

how long have they been in business ? have you looked them up on companies house ? you can download their business data for free, and for a few quid you can download their accounts.0

Be prepared for them to reduce the price further just before exchange... it's what these sorts of companies tend to do.

Why oh why oh why don't people stick things in auction with no reserve?
Or drop the price with an EA rather than go with this sort of company.0 -

...because people are under pressure and these sharks appear to offer the easiest solution (at least at the outset). People like apparently easy solutions.0
