paracetamol etc on planes

i have looked on gatwick website,but still a bit unsure are you allowed to take paracetamol or ibruprofen in your hand luggage.sometimes get headaches when tired.

I flew out of Gatwick on Sunday with hand luggage only in which I had a multitude of prescribed drugs (all of which I need) all out of their boxes so they wouldn't have known what they were. They were scanned as usual and no questions were asked.

Never heard of it being a problem - there was the ban on liquids a while back, but tablets weren't banned.
Think there may be a problem is with some countries in the Middle East - sure somebody was arrested last year for having some form of pain-killer.0 -

that was codeine.....in Dubai...
It is illegal to possess codeine in the Arab state, even in your system, so if you took it before flying there they can still arrest you.0
