June holiday wanted somewhere exotic

I think the title says it all! I would really appreciate any help or advice on this, my daughter takes her final exam on June15th and as a treat to us all I would like to take us all away on holiday somewhere exotic and hot without hurricanes etc 
I can fly basically from anywhere in the UK, we would be looking for a slob on the beach in the day....perhaps the odd excursion or two....good nice food, on saying that if its FarEast then I would love any noodles bar etc.....I ought to really narrow this down a bit before the missus hits me around the back of the head with her handbag!
Two rooms, hotel or villa, lots and lots and lots of sunshine, hotel or villa altho if it is independent villa it must be in a country that is safe, guaranteed sunshine, anytime from 16th June on from any airport in the Uk, would love somewhere exotic, preferably ten days to a fortnight, average of 700 each.

I'd go for the better parts of Europe, Corsica, Sardinia, Sicily, Viareggio, Elounda on Crete, Amalfi. Mid June is a good time to travel.
