Lamona built-in oven question please

hi there parents have just bought the above. In the instructions 2 or more of the oven settings require that only one tray is used at any one time - presumably that means you can only use one rack at a time. does anyone know of any possible reason for this? thanks for any help. By the way I've read all the posts regarding the quality of them but they have already bought and had it installed.

I think it is probably to make sure there is air flow around the oven to give even cooking.

Our Hotpoint double oven suggests max tray sizes for this reason.

I would expect you can use the other shelf providing it has smaller items, than the tray size, on it.

thanks both - I was wondering if it was something to do with covering themselves in terms of health and safety ie everyone knows that if you have more than 1 item in an oven it will take longer for them to cook and maybe they don't want someone blaming them for food poisoning.
