I'm looking for the same - there's 15% Matalan discount available through APH which brings the Long Stay carpark down to just over £38 - might have to bite the bullet!

APH is 23.92 for a week in Feb in Birmingham.. PRV1 is the code for 10% off on www.parkandgo.co.uk which makes APH £21.53..

If you have time, might be worth trying to get free parking through essential travel (a branch of monarch) - worked for me and I've got 2 weeks free parking at gatwick in may. Should cover BHX too. See the following link.
