I see that I have Symantic Endpoint Protection in my new refurb pc.
I have never heard of it. I have always used Avast until recently when I went onto MS security essentials. Anyone have any thoughts on Symantic Endpoint Protection? is it any good? how does it compare with the others mentioned?
Thankyou.

SEP is actually a pretty good security application, definitely better than norton products anyway..
Have used it in a few organisations ive worked at.
Cant comment on MS Security, Work in IT but have never used it!0 -
SEP is meant more for Business/Enterprise environments than home use. NIS would be the equivalent home use product.

It's possibly only a trial so unless you are willing to pay the subscription/license fee upon expiry of the trial then I'd return to MSE or Avast etc.0
