Should I consider a Chipsaway type repair?
The dent is about the size of my thumb, about 4mm deep in the middle. The paint area damaged is about 7mm by 2mm in the bottom of the dent.0 -
The point I was making is that if you are successful in the claim against your landlord you will have to declare it as an incident (aka non fault claim) to your car insurer which will likely generate a premium loading.
The CUE insurance database “is a central database of motor, home and personal injury/industrial illness incidents reported to insurance companies, which may or may not give rise to a claim” so if either your car or the building insurance company get to hear about the incident then it will end up on the database and if you fail to declare you will get found out.0
