Massive thanks for everyone on here, managed to get 1st choice of date and park for 2 holidays, second using a friends unused priority code, until joining mse this year i really would never have thought it possible to book a day ahead but thanks to the efforts of you guys and your guessing it can be done, just excellent.

Don't know if anybody else has had this issue when booking the Sun Holidays, we've chosen a park in Great Yarmouth for July but when I got to the final page of the booking process it's asking for £60.00 plus the debit card charge. Thought the initial cost was £38.00 and then the park charges you the extra £5.50 pp. or I have I got this wrong. Can someone help as I can't find this in any of the small print

Cos it's classed as summer hol and they are £15 pp

I wanted June 4th too - but couldn't get it for any of the Haven sites (my kids will not be happy if there's no Rory and bradley) - I've had to0 "settle" for 1st week of school Summer Hols instead - ironically, this happnned exactly the opposite way around last year.

At least I've got the Mon-Fri from July 16th now - and I have booked the following weekend direct, so I have still saves about £140 on the book Haven web price for the 7 days!

Next year, I might buy an extra code on ebay - for the £20-£30 they cost, I could book two adjoiing hols and save even more - having said that - I've promised the kids Disneyland Paris next year - er, I better start saving. (and I guess I should look at some of the other threads on here as to how to do Disney on a budget:))

Thanks everyone. Managed to get the park we wanted. Had to swap all the dates and parks round to get the right one. Was very odd - first time gave us first choice date but third park. After taking the third choice off and putting all 3 butlins it came up with the second choice park for the first choice date! Weird - why didn't it come up with that originally!!! And more fiddling around putting less parks and got first choice park! Horray.
