  • I found it has been easier and quicker to get my Sun holiday via the Break Free Daily Mail offer for the same price. If anyone wants to try this the code words are
    Chalet/Spring/Coast/Holiday/Deck

We once hired a Chalet on one of these parks doing these £10 Holidays, the only difference was we had paid £109 for legit week and those on the £10 holidays had paid £140 once they had finished with all the extra charges.

how much does it cost for a week in the europe parks? i have a week booked off work from 16th july and if we went then dd would only have to miss the last 3 days of school. I quite fancy duinrell in holland as the travelling wouldnt be as bad as travelling all the way down to dover. Is the overnight ferry really expensive from hull to rotterdam? this route would be much prefferable than crossing at dover to then drive the 200 miles back up to holland as the kids would just whine all the way there.
  • Aswell as cornwall i am very interested in taking a holiday in Brittany, france, the parcs look amazing. I have 2 kids 14 & 7 year old. Has anybody done this? What are your experiences and What accommodation do they give you?

Moderator - i have posted this in overseas forum too but had no replies. Sorry for duplication.

I have never been to the French parks as have a dog BUT if you read through the different Sun holiday threads on here - or search the forum for the french parks by name - you will see the reviews from many who have been. From what i have read i think they accommodation is caravans - although a few parks might have tents, the comments i have read over the years have all been very positive and as soon as our dog dies :o we will be getting passports rather than a new puppy and be booking our Sun / Daily Mail holidays to these overseas parks.

What park are you interested in and i will have a search?
