question about Norton

hi, ive just bought a new laptop and was wondering if i could use the same norton on there that is installed on my old lappy, it says up to 3 devices can be used, but not sure if that is just on "my network", if i can then how do i download the norton toolbar with identitysafe, onto the new lappy, of have i got to buy it seperately for the new one, hope someone can help me, thanks in advance :beer:
