Does anyone know the easiest and quickest way to sell furniture?
I may be about to have a house full of furniture to sell including settees, tables and chairs, bed, shelves etc, won't have anywhere to store it all so would like it moved asap. any ideas?

We've got a Facebook group for buying and selling stuff locally. It's brilliant. Ideal for something like this as you want someone local to pick it up.
Why not have a look and see if there is one local to you.
If not, just a Facebook status might get it sold if you've got lots of local Facebook friends. Changes of one of them wanting or knowing someone who wants it may be quite high.
If you've got the ability to transport it that would add a lot to its second hand value.
Just re-read that you want easiest and quickest, rather than most profitable. Low-start, no reserve eBay auction? Freegle / freecycle? Charity shop?
Or is there a noticeboard at work? Ask around in the school playground? (Don't know your situation.) It's a question of finding someone who wants it, so the wider you can cast your net the better chance you have of finding someone.0 -
Some charity shops will collect. They tend to be picky though.0
