£12 fees on a catalogue account

Hello all

Has anybody had any success in having £12 fees refunded on catalogue accounts ?

Have built up about £90 worth of fees and want to try and get them back if possible....it's with J D Williams

Hi

There is a thread in the Reclaim Other section, having said that they have not had much luck or support.

I may also do this, but I am not sure yet, I tried with Next and it was a BIG FAT NO.

I tried because I was under 18, but they told me to go ... and I am not sure how the Ombudsman would see this as it could be classed as fraud. Not sure what to do.

Try there and keep me informed!. :-)

it isnt fraud unless you gave them your wrong date of birth when you applied and it was you that committed fraud.
