ppi barclays and next store card

I have a a barclays Premir account current account on which i have been charged £4.80 per month on my overdraft as well as an account fee of £25.00 per month as i use my £1000.00 a month overdraft every month. I asked one of ther advisors what this was and she just said It wasnt offered anymore can i reclaim all this back as i dont remember signing up fpr this and as I am salaried and paid in full when i am off sick would not need this. the bank i am sure would be aware of my employment as I have been with them 30 years!. I also have a next store card who are charging me £13.00 per month i also didnt sign up for this for the same reason. advice welcome please.

I cant se how you can say I didnt sign up, of course you did, they wouldnt be charging for it if you didnt.
As you said, you don't remember.

To the bank you are just an account number, they have no relevance as to your employment record.

Write to them and ask tosee your original agreement and take it from there.
