I wanna pair of CROCS - help!

ive just ordered my crocs after reading the offer from littlewoods (£15 off your first order when you set up an account) they are out of stock so wont be here till 20th june! but they have also charged me £29 and havnt taken the £15 off? should they have taken the discount off already?

I did I ordered online and it clearly states that I only need to pay £14 - I got screen prints for proof. I got my purple caymans the same way - I opened an account in my name and ordered them over the phone. I really wanted another pair so my lovely DH relented and let me start an account in his name, too the athens were ordered via another website but I've just got an email to say they're out of stock.

My black caymans from Littlewoods are out of stock and should be here in three weeks. My purple ones were in stock when I ordered them - I was going to get blue but they were out of stock and I couldn't wait

I ordered my daughter 2 pairs of crocs using 1st order £15.00 off they are due to arrive this week, total order was £43.50 incl P&P less £15.00 voucher = £28.50.

I had a bank statment earlier in the week and they have taken the FULL 43.50, I rang them and they say this is normal and will credit my card back when the goods arrive????

I have received a statment today saying I am £15 in credit with them, so I hope my card will be credited with the £15 as I did not open an account I choose to pay for them.

Will wait and see.

This happened to me when ordering a slow cooker, I had to phone several times before I got the discount credited so do keep an eye on it.

well ive ordered mine but havnt paid for them yet. i dont normally order from catalogues some im confused? will i only have to pay for them when they are delieved or will they send me a invoice, because i havnt given them any of my card details?

Sorry I don't know I paid when I ordered if I remember correctly.

The way I read it was that you only get the £15 discount if you opened a credit account. I suppose they've got more chance of you ordering something else from them if you don't settle up straight away - and forget all about them. None of the other catalogues that I've looked at are doing any offers at the moment. I'm keeping my eye on them though

Did you ask them for the discount when you ordered? I made sure I rammed that point home when I rang them! You could always phone them and ask if they've applied the discount - if not, make sure they do it while you're on the phone...

Despite wearing fushia and orange Crocs I'm quite subtle and I have a little yellow duck on one of my orange pair and a breast cancer pink ribbon on my fushia ones. I have a yellow smillie on my black sketchers and a black cat on my blue ones

But.... if I am faced with a load of them in shop in Disney/Orlando I might be persuaded to be less than subtle!
