Do Scottishpower no longer charge extra for IGT gas supply?

Hi

I live in an IGT supply area and according to Consumer Focus Scottishpower no longer charge extra for properties supplied by IGT gas supply. Yet the scottishpower website still lists the 42 pound charge per year. Could someone clarify? Now that my Go Direct 5 tariff has come to an end with SSE, looking to change suppliers.

Cheers :)
