Missing Tesco clubcard points

Last summer I received a voucher offering 1000 bonus Clubcard points if I registered with the automatic top-up service for my Tesco mobile, and made 3 top-ups of at least £10 each. The points were supposed to be included in my November clubcard statement, but weren't. After being given the inevitable run-around I was promised that the mistake would be rectified and the points be credited in time for my next statement - due this month. I've just checked my balance on-line and find they STILL haven't been added. The points are worth up to £40, depending upon how I redeeem them, so this isn't a petty complaint

My balance on-line has always been £1.50 for some reason although I have lots more than that it never shows any different. So yours could still have been added I spose you won't know till you get your points in the post!0

We had trouble getting some promotional points, they denied the points were ever on offer. Took a few emails but got them eventually after a few months. If you don't get them this time escalate your complaint.0
