Barclaycard

Hi
I have 2 separate barclaycard accounts which have PPI added without my knowledge from opening the account. Both were opened around 1999-2001 and both were still active in 2009. I've just realised that I paid PPI on both for all those years.

I always refused PPI on all my other credit cards and loans and it appears BC are the only accounts I have where this was added.

I have drafted my initial complaint letters- should I enclose evidence of other accounts where I didn't take out PPI at this stage, or wait?

Also I have had ongoing medical conditions - high blood pressure and asthma for which I have received medication throughout this period - should I mention this in my first complaint letter?

Kind regards
long barn billy
