Creation personal loan acceptance?

Hi applied online for a creation personal loan, gave an instant acceptance decision and email followed with log in details stating ..... "Thank you for your application for a Creation Personal Loan. We are pleased to tell you that your application has been accepted" ..... been online and signed the agreement, all now showing as active online...

I assumed this meant accepted funds to follow.. yet the t&c's state "the completion of this agreement and and application does not imply an acceptance. We tell you when we have accepted your application".... well confused now, yes they have said accepted does it really mean accepted tho?? lol apologies if is a daft question the t&c's are all a bit confusing ..... looking to clear a higher rate loan on a shorter term so be delighted if all ok


Edit: Just read other thread relating to creation hp accounts :undecided have never had hp with them but both my OH and myself have had creation cards in the past and never had a problem with them, anyone had a personal loan with them and has it been pretty plain sailing?

I have a Creation personal loan and your acceptance email is the same as the one I recieved.

I don't think you will have any problems.

All is fine you'll have the money by Friday I suspect. Can I ask, 1. how much you applied for and 2. do you have any existing sygma card?

Just spoke to creation and yes account is live and funds will be with me by friday :T gotta say havent applied for a loan for a number of years but that has to be the easiest and quickest application iv ever made!!

In answer to ur questions was for 5k and yes I have a M&Co card that has no balance at the moment also previously had a silver and flybe card no problems with any of the cards.

if you dont mind me asking what did you fill in for your earnings, just yours or the combined of yours and partner if you have one, as it asks household income earlier on in application and then asks your take home pay later, but i was not sure if that was combined or just mine, thank you.

household income.... both mine and OH .... then take home pay mine i just put mine.... OH does transfer a set amount into my account each month for bills etc so that as added in the 'other' box


funds were in account this morning as advised 3days from start to finish have to say am very impressed lol. good luck with application

Do Creation send anything in the post or is it purely all online?

You can do it all online including signing the agreement. I did and never received anything in the post at all. You need to have some photo ID i.e. Passport or Driving Licence to do it all online.

what was the APR?
