Hi there,
I purchased some ski goggles from a company called Brand Arena from a KGB deal over a month ago. The goggles never arrived and I have tried to chase this up with the company. They seem to be an ebay company so have no contact details other than emails which I have never received a response to.
I am now chasing this up with KGB deals who have responded but all they can say at the moment is that they are also chasing the company up for me. They can also only provide me with emails and no telephone numbers.
These were initially a christmas present so completely missed it now
What are my rights in terms of getting my money back? As I have not received a response from Brand Arena I doubt that I will get anything back from them, are KGB under any obligation or can I go via my bank for no receipt of goods?

How long will paypal honour the transaction? I bought something from groupon in the summer and still haven't had the product and groupon are not responding to emails.
Can I get the money back through paypal? If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got!0 -
I wondered if this was covered because I had gone through a third party company.0 -

A dispute is simply an opportunity for the buyer and seller to communicate directly with each other. By opening a dispute, you’re asking the seller for help to resolve problems you’ve had with your transaction. You have 45 days from the date you made the payment to open a dispute.0 -
