NRAM PPI Compensation

Hi Everyone
I am after some advice please. I have had a compensation offer from NRAM and have accepted it and sent the acceptance documents back. However I am conerned as it has stated "......please note that by signing the Acceptance Declaration you are asked to provide a number of confirmations in respect of the refund." I have a habit of not reading small print and today I quickly browsed the letter as I was in a rush to get to work (on lunchbreak). Please could someone enlighten me as to what exactly this means and if it is anything to be concerned with? Thanks.

It will have asked you to accept the offer,if you have arrears they will have asked you to either pay this refund off the arrears or have it paid to you, then they ask for bank details to pay the refund into.

So its nothing to be concerned about then? The loan was already paid off in full so no arrears and I did submit bank details. So is just paranoia?

    Hi

Can I ask when you put your first claim in Norfolk Boy?

I put one in in October and was thinking about calling them to chase up.
  • Hi Bluebie

We put a claim in in october as well and rang yesterday to chase. They said that we should hear by the end of January. Not holding out much hope as NRAM wrote to us to say that we could have been missold but I think it was just a standard letter but would be lovely if we did get something! :)
