Hi all,
I (and my Wife) have completed our IVA in Sept last year (and for those embarking on theirs, stick with, the end is a happy occassion!) and now we're looking at getting on with life.
As part of this my Wife has begun work as a childminder and to enable this fully we need a new car. Clearly having just come out of the IVA we're not having much luck applying for an unsecured loan (we don't own property) and were wondering how this may remedied, if at all? Our bank didn't even entertain an appoinment to discuss it as "the computer said No!"
How do I move on from here, any ideas or knowledge of how we can acchieve it?
Many thanks for any and all comments.

Hi. I only know of two firms likely to help -- but rates are high. They are Moneybarn (formerly Dunctons) and carloans4you. A couple of people I know have used Moneybarn successfully, I have no idea about carloans4you.0

Thanks for the help, I have viewed Moneybarn and it seems fair enough. High APR but I can appreciate that. I'll let you know how I get on.
Thanks again0
