Southern Electric Dual Fuel

Hi,
I think we're on dual fuel, in that we have both our gas and electric from Southern Electric. We're currently £90 in credit on our gas but £60 in debit on our electric. Does anyone know if they will allow us to pay the debit off with the credit and then recalculate the monthly costs. Or will this happen automatically after a full year?

even though it's a dual-fuel rate, they don't seem to like doing this. not when I asked, anyway. call them and try it......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
