I recently stopped getting DLA for my son and the benefits agency have wrote to me saying they have taken me off IS due to me no longer receiving DLA for my son.

My question is will the benefits agency inform tax credits and will my CTC stop?

any disability premiums will stop.
i wouldnt rely on DWP informing HMRC and would tell them myself in order to avoid an overpayment.

Why post that when we dont have a clue why his DLA has stopped?

People do get better you know or with kids it can be age related too as in younger diabetics may get DLA but as they get older they are expected to manage their own injections etc.
