DOA Product Help Please

Hi

Sorry if I ahve posted on the wrong board but did not know which one to post on

I have bought my son a pmp for zmas from a seller on Amazon it worked fine for two days then needed charging. The only way you can charge it is yo use a usb cable so charged it on my laptop, when it was cahrged I dsiconnected it and it wouldnt come on the only way to get it on was to plug it back in to the usb however it could not do anyhting it was like it was frozen.
We put it back in the box and the nextg day had another try at getting it on it did turn on but said low battery again so repeated the cycle above to get the same result.
I ahve contacted the seller who said to return it and they will replace it and talk to the manufacurer as it is a doa product. Does anyont know what a doa procuct is please and am I entitled to a refund. The policy states that if it is faulty within 28 days they will offer a exhange or reufund

DOA = dead on arrival .

Dont know what a pmp is but this looks like an uncharged or not charging battery .

So the question is, did you return it within 28 days?
