think the £1 was sent for cca request and that was about 2005 probably

recently been getting lots of letters and a phone call the other day at 8. 01 am asking for partner, i said he was in hospital as he has had a nervous breakdown

perhaps nearing 6yr limit

i havent a copy of the letter

if i sent a cca request and shouldnt have, they took my £1 does that mean that he acknowledged the debt in writing even tho he used a template from on here and i can remember him putting something on the bottom along the lines of he is in know way acknowledging the debt by sending the request and the £1

i also vaguely remember him getting a reply thanks for the £1 payment but he never responded

if the £1 sent for the cca was taken off the debt even tho on the bottom of the letter sent it was stated that oh was not acknowledging the debt will the date be the date of the £1 or the date last written contact was made previous to the cca if you see what i mean
