Debenhams Internet shooping!!!

I made an order through Debenhams online in the xmas sale. I purchase three items, a week later i recieved a letter to say one of the items was out of stock, then 2 days later recieved another letter saying another item was out of stock, then a week after recieved a letter saying my order had been cancelled due to stock shortages!!!!!!:mad:
They could have emailed me, would have been easier and quicker, but also they had the cheek to take the money out of my account and to date have still not recieved it! I've just rang them and apparantly, my order is still waiting for dispatch!
So i've told them to close my account with them and refund my money! I wonder how long that takes! I certainly won't be shopping with them online again!!!
