Advice needed reguarding phone call off tribunal office to say my hubby's tribunal had been cancelled today as the judge is not happy with the lack of evidence gathered reguarding his illness and due to the fact that it is still on-going the judge has requested a doctor come and do a home visit in the next couple of weeks........... now we are totally lost, does this mean that it is going to take another 10 months before they give us the final disicision?

He is still awaiting dates for test's requested by constultant etc, but has already been advised that one of the conditions/illnesses is life long and will not improve.

Any advise will be fab, been waiting to go to the tribunal for so long and the day he's suppose to go,,,,they cancel 2hrs before...... Just want it to stop now, feel like we are getting nowhere fast.
